1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7bdtk ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("the Player", "you") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the 7bdtk online casino and sports betting platform available at 7bdtk.org. These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

By accessing any part of the 7bdtk platform — including browsing the game lobby, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform and must exit immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and maintain an account with 7bdtk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to satisfy any one of these requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account pending investigation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7bdtk strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 7bdtk platform or have an active account suspension at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information, including your real name, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and correct date of birth.
• You must hold only one account on the 7bdtk platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account with 7bdtk. To create an account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal details, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to verify ownership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.

KYC Verification

7bdtk implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and financial compliance standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any point during your account lifetime. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 7bdtk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify 7bdtk support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account unless you have notified 7bdtk of unauthorised access prior to that activity occurring.

• Do not share your password or OTP codes with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent 7bdtk customer support.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional protection if offered.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

7bdtk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods. All deposits are credited to your account at the exact Taka amount received. There are no currency conversion charges on BDT deposits. 7bdtk does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or third-party payment sources.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method as displayed in the cashier section.
• Deposits are processed in real time. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact 7bdtk live chat support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits made from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder will be returned and the account will be subject to review.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits may be subject to additional processing times as determined by the card issuer's international routing procedures.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully complete. 7bdtk targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 minutes for verified accounts. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account balance includes uncleared bonus funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements.
• 7bdtk reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts — accounts that are not registered in the player's own verified name — are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7bdtk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. 7bdtk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete account registration and KYC verification may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Players must be aged 21 or above to claim any welcome bonus.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 7bdtk carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.

• Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited if the account balance reaches zero before requirements are completed.
• Maximum bet while playing with active bonus funds is ৳500 per round or spin, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate as specified.
• 7bdtk reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7bdtk platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Operating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or through proxies, nominees, or third parties acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any party associated with the platform to manipulate game outcomes or extract bonus funds through coordinated play.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any source that violates applicable law. 7bdtk cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial compliance authorities.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or display errors to place wagers or claim payouts that would not have been available under correct operating conditions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7bdtk staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or in-game messaging.

7bdtk employs real-time fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found in violation will have their accounts closed without appeal, and any funds derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 7bdtk platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, use physical game equipment operated by trained human dealers under controlled studio conditions. RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random, independent of previous results, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party including 7bdtk.

Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or telecommunications failure that affects the outcome of a wager, 7bdtk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 7bdtk are subject to the individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral fixtures — follow standard international cricket betting rules. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or material change to match conditions, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules in force at the time the market was opened. 7bdtk's settlement decisions on all sports markets are final.

8. Responsible Gaming

7bdtk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity within personal limits. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than reactively. The following tools are available to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your maximum spend.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account if you feel that gambling has become or may become a problem. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 7bdtk platform without express prior written consent from 7bdtk. Any unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7bdtk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other financial loss — even if 7bdtk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

7bdtk does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from harmful components such as viruses. While 7bdtk takes all reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform stability and data integrity, no warranty is given as to the uninterrupted operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance periods and emergency downtime may occur with or without advance notice.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

7bdtk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. 7bdtk does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Amendments to Terms

7bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7bdtk will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where practicable, 7bdtk will provide notice of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 7bdtk platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued under the previous version of the Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 7bdtk arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 7bdtk customer support to seek an informal resolution. 7bdtk is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through applicable formal dispute channels. 7bdtk's decisions on all gaming-related matters — including bet settlement, account review outcomes, and bonus eligibility — are made in good faith and are final unless successfully challenged through a formal dispute process.
